If an international parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid import charges, failed customs clearance, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, Hasthkala Creations may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs handling fees, and any non-recoverable costs from any refund.
